1) Scope
These terms govern bookings for stays at Locanda Al Cappello made through the website and/or connected systems (including Kross Booking), as well as any ancillary services related to the stay.
2) Booking confirmation
A booking is considered completed and confirmed when:
the guest receives the confirmation email, and
the full advance payment is successfully completed as shown during the booking process.
3) Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in Euro and are intended per room/per night, unless otherwise stated.
Any taxes or charges (e.g., tourist tax, if applicable) are displayed during booking or communicated at the property.
Rates may vary depending on seasonality, events, and availability.
4) Payment
For online bookings, full advance payment is required.
Available payment methods (e.g., card) and the final amount are shown before confirmation and summarized in the booking confirmation email.
5) Cancellations and changes (Standard Rate)
For the Standard Rate:
cancellation is possible up to 5 days before the arrival date, according to the conditions shown during booking and in the confirmation email;
after this deadline, or in the event of no-show, the conditions of the selected rate accepted at the time of booking will apply.

6) No-show and early departure
In the event of no-show or early departure, the amount paid may be non-refundable, according to the selected rate and the conditions accepted during booking.
7) Check-in and check-out times
Check-in: from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Late arrivals must be arranged in advance.
8) House rules and liability
Guests must provide accurate and complete information and respect the property and house rules.
The property is not liable for loss or theft of personal items left unattended, to the extent permitted by law.
9) Pets
Pets are allowed with a €8.00 per night surcharge, unless otherwise stated, and subject to cleanliness and respectful behavior.
10) Breakfast
Breakfast is not included. We have an agreement with a pastry shop next to the Locanda offering a 10% discount. In the room you will find coffee, tea, rusks, jam, juices, and water, included in the rate.
11) Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for accommodation services provided on a specific date or within a specific period.
12) Force majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond the parties’ control (e.g., authority measures, natural events, interruption of essential services), the property may propose alternative solutions or manage the booking as permitted by law.
13) Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law.
For any disputes, except where the Italian Consumer Code applies, the competent court shall be Udine.
